Espresso machine on mobile.

 

Mypressi  Twist Espresso Machine is a mobile and the smallest espresso machine using hot water and nitrogen gas. The technology created for coffee drinker that needs fresh coffee even on the moved. I feel the coffee shot is as good as coffee machines but still not as good as tradisional machines. Anyway it is a good innovation.

Most of gourmet coffee form all around the world roasted using dry roasting machines. There are three types of coffee roasting machines:-
Ø  Wood or charcoal roasting drum.
Ø  Gas heated roasting machines.
Ø  Electrical heating roasting machines.
This is the manual electrical heated coffee roasting machine located at Etrebon Academy, Sri Hartamas. Although there is more advance technology machines around the market but I still prefer to roast my coffee manually. The degree of roasting and the perfect colour of roasting only can be determined by the Master Roaster. This is because using automatic machine the perfectness is not until my expectation as human is the best creation, so to touch if human in either roasting or cooking still the best.
No machines can replace the cook or chef but machines are created to help and improvise the quality only.

First Coffee Tree




My first coffee tree at its 3years and 7month old. Coffee tree will be on production after the fifth year. I still waiting for that time and that will be the most wonderful moment. This is the Liberica Coffee species that will be best for Malaysia weather. This coffee cheery been given by our Master Roster Mr. Eric Huber from his coffee tree at Boncafe Singapore.
 
Liberica tree will grow up to 9 feet tall. This species had been found in west of Africa in 1843. These species had been brought to Asia by Spanish in the 1890’s. Laberica coffee is only 1-2% tread in the world coffee training. Most of them is consume among local as the local coffee.
 
Local coffee have their own uniqueness compare to local coffee. The way they were roasted is the most unique and its help to created special flavour. There are few good local coffee around such as Hai Peng Coffee Shop in Kemanam, Ipoh White Coffee in Ipoh and Sai Kee Coffee Shop in Muar and 434 Kopi also in Muar.  Each of these coffee shop having their own speciality and flavour.

Pertandingan Kemahiran Malaysia, UPM 2012


A cup of coffee for closing for the day with Chef Joe at Pertanding Kemahiran Malaysia dan Myskill Competition 2012 at Food Tech 6, University Putra Malaysia. Every cup of coffee I had, having their own special moment, it always will end with full of enjoyment and satisfaction.
Coffee should be the last thing you will drink after any event. The event mean nothing if it’s ended with a bad cup of coffee; for instance having breakfast at Five Stars Diamond Hotel with good food, great decoration and first class service but before leaving you slurp a very bad cups of coffee, everything gone and only the bad coffee will be I mine forever. Make sure coffee the first priority in any event.
